Team Building Profile

This profile is designed to provide a tool for assessing team performance and identify those factors which are contributing to the team’s success as well as those areas where improvement may be needed. It reveals the team’s effectiveness in six areas (Mission and Goals, Roles and Responsibilities, Leadership, Relationships, Accountability and Communication) that most impact team performance. It can serve as a map for the team’s development, learning and change to increase its effectiveness.
