How to Sleep Better

Nearly one-third of our lives is spent asleep, and the quality of that sleep is important for overall health. But nearly half of all adults suffer from sleep disturbances in the course of any year.

According to the National Sleep Foundation as many as 47 million adults may be putting themselves at risk for injury, health and behavior problems because they aren’t meeting their minimum sleep need in order to be fully alert the next day.
